There will be free parking on site. Please follow the signs to the blue visitor car park, then walk along the area highlighted in yellow on the map below to the clinic (this is not a formal footpath). Please be aware that there is ongoing construction work at the site.

Home Visits
If you are unable to come to us we may be able to offer you a home visit within a 3 mile radius of the Hitchin clinic. Please contact us so that we can discuss your individual needs.

Cash, Card and BACS payments accepted upon receipt of treatment.
We are covered by most insurance companies. For pelvic health appointments, you may need to cover the cost of your assessment and use your insurance for follow up appointments if required. You will need your membership and authorisation number prior to your appointment.
If you have a cash back policy, you will need to pay for your appointment and then claim back.
We do have a cancellation policy. While we understand plans can change last minute, we ask you give us at least 24 hours notice to amend or cancel an appointment. If not, we may charge 50% of the fee to cover the cost of the clinic time.
