Bally has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, women’s health, sports injuries, posture and gait analysis and is able to offer you an evidence based bespoke thorough assessment and treatment aiming to alleviate pain and suffering but also education and preventing further relapses. She recognises that there are not many options available to women suffering with pregnancy related pain, pelvic dysfunction, prolapse, incontinence or menopausal symptons and this has led her to set up Lidder Therapies in 2014, with the intention of making women's health physiotherapy and post natal care more readily accessible.

Bally has used acupuncture within physiotherapy and as a stand alone treatment for many years and is able to offer acupuncture treatment for pain and to enhance fertility and menstrual symptoms.

Qualifications:

  • Body Control Pilates Level 3 Matwork teacher

Special Interests:

  • Function movement for everyday living

  • Bone health

  • Physical health and wellbeing

  • Continuing further development in the Pilates method

  • Posture & Alignment

Throughout her life Caroline has loved exercise - childhood dance classes, gymnastics and trampolining, now she loves running, walking and Pilates!

From late teens she struggled with back pain and was advised to ‘have a sit down job’…..These back issues were kept at bay for some time but, unfortunately, with so long spent commuting and sitting hunched over a computer, the back problems came back with a vengeance.

Her partner used to have back issues and was advised to start Pilates classes.  Witnessing his reduction in pain, Caroline joined him in weekly classes and hasn’t looked back since!!

Caroline decided to retrain and qualified with the renowned Body Control Pilates as a Level 3 Matwork teacher.

Caroline loves working with clients on a one to one basis and in small groups.  This allows her a greater level of focus on each individual client.  She loves seeing the benefits her clients are achieving through Pilates, whether that’s improving their balance, their posture or seeing their new found freedom of movement truly benefitting their lives.

Caroline still loves to dance especially seeing in the New Year.…..
