APPI Matwork level 1 &2 (2002)

APPI modified for Women’s Health (2002)


Special interests:

​

  • Exercise for women during and after menopause

  • Exercise for older people – falls prevention and strength training

 

Jo worked at the Royal Free Hospital  in London finding her love of Women’s health, treating women during and after pregnancy and treating incontinence.

 

When Jo lived in France for 20 years, she didn’t continue with her Physiotherapy practice but taught Pilates until the present time. She is also an artist. Jo keeps fit with jogging, cycling and pilates.
