Catriona Benson

Catriona moved to the UK in 2015 from Dubai to attend university. After completing her BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire, she went on to pursue an MSc in Physiotherapy at Brunel University London.

​

Following her studies, Catriona gained valuable experience working for two years at Barnet Hospital before transitioning into private practice. From early in her career, she discovered a strong passion for pelvic health, and she has since dedicated much of her work to helping women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

​

Alongside her pelvic health focus, Catriona continues to support clients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries, combining her sports therapy background with physiotherapy expertise. She integrates a range of treatment options, including massage, manual therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programming, to deliver holistic, individualised care aimed at restoring function and promoting long-term wellbeing.

In her free time, Catriona enjoys Pilates, strength training, reading, and walking her Corgi.
